Before you apply

Terms and what happens next

We would rather tell you all of this now than after you have spent time on an application.

  1. 1

This is an application, not an offer

Submitting this form starts a conversation. It does not create any employment, contract or guarantee of work with NeoShiksha.

  2. 2

We reply within 3 working days — to shortlisted applicants

If your profile fits an open batch, we will call or WhatsApp you for a short screening conversation. We are a small team and cannot respond to every application individually.

  3. 3

    Selection includes a teaching demo

Shortlisted applicants take a live demo class with us. We are looking at how you explain a concept and how you respond when a child gets it wrong — not at how polished you sound.

  4. 4

    Training with NeoShiksha is mandatory

Every selected teacher completes our training before taking a single class, regardless of years of experience. Our method is specific — we read the child’s handwritten working and teach to what it shows — and it is not something anyone arrives already knowing. Selection is not final until training is complete.

  5. 5

Online only, and the equipment is yours

All classes are online. A working laptop, camera, mic, stable internet and reliable power are your responsibility, and we will verify this during onboarding.

  6. 6

Compensation is discussed on the call

We do not publish pay on this page. It is a real, salaried conversation we would rather have properly with a shortlisted candidate than advertise as a headline.

  7. 7

Please answer honestly, and apply once

One application per person. Details are verified before onboarding, including qualifications and identity documents. An inaccurate application ends the process.

  8. 8

    Your information

We store what you submit here solely to assess your application and to contact you about it. We do not sell or share it. Write to hello@neoshiksha.in to ask what we hold or to have it removed.
