Shipping & Delivery Policy

NeoShiksha is a digital service. There is nothing to ship — access and services are delivered electronically and immediately after a successful payment.

The short version

We do not sell or courier any physical goods. Everything you pay for on NeoShiksha — teacher subscriptions, demo bookings, and downloadable content — is delivered online, instantly or within the timelines below, once your payment is confirmed. Tutoring itself is delivered at the student's home or online across Delhi NCR and the Chandigarh Capital Region.

1. No physical shipping

NeoShiksha does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical product. There are no couriers, no tracking numbers, and no shipping charges. Everything you purchase is a digital service or a digital file.

Because nothing is shipped, there are no delivery fees, customs, or transit times of any kind. The sections below explain how each paid item on NeoShiksha is delivered to you electronically.

2. What you pay for, and how it is delivered

Every paid item on NeoShiksha is delivered to your account or shared with you digitally. The table below lists each item and the time within which delivery is completed after your payment is successfully confirmed.

3. Delivery of the tutoring service

The core NeoShiksha service — connecting families with verified home tutors — is delivered either at the student's home address or online, as agreed between the parent and the teacher.

  • Offline (home) tuition is delivered at the address provided by the parent within our service areas: Delhi NCR and the Chandigarh Capital Region.
  • Online tuition is delivered over video call at the time slots agreed between the parent and the teacher.
  • Demo classes are scheduled directly between the parent and the matched teacher after a demo booking is confirmed.

4. Service area

NeoShiksha currently operates in Delhi NCR and the Chandigarh Capital Region. Digital access (dashboard, content downloads) is available wherever you can reach our website; in-person tutoring is limited to these regions.

5. If something doesn't reach you

If your payment succeeded but access did not unlock, or a contact / download was not shared within the timelines above, please contact us at hello@neoshiksha.in with your registered phone number and the payment reference. We treat confirmed delivery failures as a priority and either complete delivery or process a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
